Booked my ticket to return to Philly for our annual Winter Camping (aka. Fancy Camping) trip. Last we had spit-roasted chickens and pork shoulder (above). I hear this year a whole roasted suckling pig is on the menu along with these:
2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Combine ingredients and stir until very cold; strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
